How to Use

Add 1/2 cup of Energy Boost Pure Epsom Salts to running warm water in a standard-sized bath tub and soak for 15-20 min (increase the amount of salts if desired). Close bag seal firmly after every use. For a complete spa treatment exfoliate the skin with Energy Boost Sea Salt Scrub. Finish the treatment with moisturising Energy Boost Body Lotion to build the aroma.
